SIGN THESE PETITIONS !!!

US Federal Human Life Amendment
http://www.gopetition.com/petitions/us-federal-human-life-amendment.html

According to Amendment 14 of the United States Constitution no person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.

Question 1: Who is considered a person, within the confines of the US Constitution?

Answer: The answer is based upon the following scientific qualifications:According to the Merrian-Webster (M-W)

Dictionary: A "person" or "man" is a a bipedal primate mammal (Homo sapien) that is anatomically related to the great apes but distinguished especially by notable development of the brain with a resultant capacity for articulate speech and abstract reasoning, is usually considered to form a variable number of freely interbreeding races, and is the sole living representative of the hominid family.

A "baby" is a "very small child" or "especially, an infant". It also states that an infant is "a child in the first period of life"It further states that a child is "an unborn or recently born person"

Question 2: Does a fetus qualify to be a person based upon the definitions stated above?

Answer: Yes

Question 3: When does a person become a person?

Answer: Once it satisfies the qualifications of being a life and a person.

Question 4: Does a fetus qualify to be both of the following at the point of conception:

Part A: a life and Part

B: a human life:

Answer: Yes, based upon the following scientific facts, a fetus does, indeed, meet the following qualifications:

Part A: M-W defines Life as:(a) the quality that distinguishes a vital and functional being from a dead body.(b) a principle force that is considered to underlie the distinctive quality of animate beings(c) an organismic state characterized by capacity for metabolism, growth, reaction to stimuli, and reproduction.

Part B: M-W defines a Human Life to be:
Human Life: scientifically defined as anything containing DNA equal to that of a bi-pedal primate (homo sapien) mammal.

Furthermore, from a Christian perspective:

According to the Bible it is clear that a "baby" is considered a small, living "person" or "human" in,
1. Jeremiah 1:5 God said, "...I knew you before you were born..."
2. Luke 1:41 it says, "the baby leaped in her womb".

As we can see both scientifically and religiously, an unborn baby is considered to be a "human", a "baby", and a "person".

It is obvious that from a legal point-of-view, according to the United States Constitution, every "person" is entitled to life, liberty and property.
Additionally, from a common sense point-of-view I must ask, were you less you when your were in your mother's womb 1 day or nine months before your birth than you were a day after your birth?
Of course not, so, please take time to sign this petition to ensure that all of the human lives in our nation are protected of that basic right to life.

Petition:
The right to life of every person is inviolable, and shall be recognized at life’s beginning, which is conception. The right to life is the most fundamental and paramount right of any person.

With respect to the rudimentary and inalienable rights of all persons guaranteed in the United States Constitution, the word “person”, “man” and "people" applies to all human beings, regardless of age, race, sex, health, function, or condition of dependency, including their unborn children at every state of their biological development.

Drill NOW petition: http://www.americansolutions.com/actioncenter/petitions/d... Call our president and demand that he call Congress back into session to make this important vote: 202-456-1111

About Me

Mike Ford
35 yr old Heterosexual White Christian Male Republican. (AKA "the source of all the world's problems") Consider me very conservative. Was a state volunteer organizer for Mike Huckabee for President, 2008. Am now supporting his current project, HuckPAC, designed to give financial and media support to conservative candidates who lack funding and name recognition. I am active in my local GOP. My goals with the Republican Party are to: 1. Grow it by bringing in youth, minorities and conservatives who were brought up Democrat and haven't made the switch. 2. To reform the focus of the GOP to solving American problems, not Republican problems, this by promoting positive solutions. 3. Rid the party of a poor public image by ousting the "country club, elitist, corruption element". 4. Get the Church involved in politics. (God's people are the Church, and should be running the state, not separating from it.)
