On 2/6/10, the Tulsa GOP conducted a straw poll at their "meet & greet the candidates rally" at TTC Lemley Campus in Tulsa. Tulsa County Republicans were asked several questions ... including who they are supporting for Governor in 2010.
In the straw polls, the biggest winner of the day was Gubernatorial candidate Randy Brogdon. The results were resounding in favor of the State Senator from Owasso, with a substantial lead over his rival, US Congresswoman Mary Fallin.
When asked "if the election was held today, for whom would you vote?",
Brogdon commanded 68.4% of Republicans polled, while Fallin received support from only 23.6%.
It was a blowout! A loud and clear message from the majority of us who support Randy's conservative message of "No more federal intrusion on the rights of Oklahomans". Tulsa Republicans want our state restored, with "No Strings Attached"!
Yet, many local and state media sources have buried this message under the rug, hoping we will just go away. Please participate in the latest Mike Ford Perspective Poll, and give us your opinion of who should be the next Sooner In Chief!
