With the upcoming election on November 2nd much of our focus is upon Washington, D.C. and the historic Governors’ race between Mary Fallin and Jari Askins. But have you thought about how important the offices of Attorney General and State Auditor can be to promoting good government in Oklahoma?
The Attorney General has the power to subpoena and the ability to prosecute. Scott Pruitt is an honest man, committed constitutionalist and he leads his opponent by a large margin. In my opinion he will make a really good Attorney General and will serve the citizens of Oklahoma well.
It has been close to thirty years since we have had a state auditor who was willing to step up and hold ALL of our state entities accountable. The State Auditor has the power to examine any state funded organization in Oklahoma and can turn over the findings of this inspection to prosecuting authorities. Gary’s opponent for State Auditor is a political appointee who is filling the remaining term of the disgraced and imprisoned criminal Jeff McMahan. Interesting side note: McMahan's appointed replacement is also the brother of Gene Stipe's defense attorney...

At best, McMahan's replacement appears to be too close to Stipe's Organization of Crime to be an effective State Auditor.
In contrast, Gary Jones has used his investigative and auditing skills to uncover the schemes of Stipe/McMahan and turned over this data to the FBI. This evidence opened the door to the federal convictions of Stipe, McMahan and at least some of their collaborators. If elected, Gary Jones will use the same skills and moral convictions to hold our State Government accountable.

OK State Questions at a Glance, 2010
Here are short summaries of the 2010 Oklahoma Ballot Questions. I am including how I will vote.
SQ744 Drastically Increases OK spending mandates to NEA, OEA (teacher’s union) controlled public school administrations. No transparency or accountability of spending required. DOES NOT specify or require needed raises for teachers. DOES NOT require needed improvements, resources for classrooms & children. Violates sovereignty of OK Legislature, resulting in tax increases and/or drastic budget cuts of needed services. Will cause state-wide job losses. Will indirectly fund Democrats in 2012.
Over half of our state budget is directed to education. We are among the national leaders in total dollar$ spent on administration per student. We are among the lowest in total dollar$ spent in classrooms per student. Let's balance the budget and fire some administrators, and then we'll talk. NO!
SQ746 Potential voters must provide proof of identity to prevent voter fraud. YES!
SQ747 Creates Term Limits for state elected officials. How long has Sandy Garret been running our schools? Enough said. YES!
SQ748 Keeps Legislative Redistricting bipartisan if the legislature fails to act. In my Conservative Republican precinct in Bixby, poll workers have told me stories of people voting twice in one day, and they can't do anything about it. This is the age of ACORN, Liberal Unions, Illegal Immigrants and MoveOn.org. Poll workers simply ask you to sign by your name with no proof of ID required. If just 5 "community organizers" worked the system and voted in every precinct between 7am and 7pm, they could fraudulently mass more than 1,3000 votes and swing almost any election. Let's lock our back door. YES!
SQ750 Simplifies Ballot Initiative process for citizens, lowers average required signatures. More power to citizens and less power to government. YES!
SQ751 Makes English "common and unifying language of Oklahoma“. No more tax dollars wasted on printing or requiring materials in Spanish. YES!
SQ752 Creates fair and balanced Judicial Nominating Commission. No more judges selected by the Bar Association. YES!
SQ754 Cancels pre-determined spending formulas by changing OK Constitution. This bill had good intentions, but may have terrible unintended consequences. NO!
SQ755 Prohibits activist judges from considering U.N., Sharia Law in OK courts. It forces them to refer to the state and US Constitution as the final authority. YES!
SQ756 Enforces State’s Rights for OK residents to opt out of ObamaCare. Protects purchase and sale of private health care services and products. Protects Patients, Doctors, Hospitals and Insurance Providers from federal penalties and mandates. YES!
SQ757 Increases the Rainy Day Fund by 50%. Does not specify emergency spending. The RDF can be abused by legislators who overspend and fail to balance the budget. It's like buying a new TV and then dipping into your savings because you can't afford groceries. The RDF needs to be strictly regulated, and our legislators need to cut wasteful spending. They do not need more incentive to spend our money with a false sense of security. NO!

Massive voter fraud in Arizona and Colorado

There has been an accusation that 65% of 5000 voter registration forms, submitted by Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona, in Yuma County on the last day of filling are invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc. I also understand that these 2 groups have signed up 20,000 states wide and they have requested that 45,000 be put on the permanent early ballot. If 65% of these last minute registration forms in Yuma are invalid, which may be more as they are still checking the rest, then what is the percentages of invalid in Maricopa, Pima and other counties.
This is a very serious accusation that needs to be investigated to the fullest extent of the law. If this accusation is true then the perpetrators of this hideous crime against America citizens should be prosecuted to full extent of the law by Arizona Courts and not the federal courts as they do nothing on voter fraud and voter intimidation. All participants should be locked up and the key thrown away. This is an attack against sovereignty of this state and our freedoms for a socialist agenda.
I authored Prop 200, which was passed by an overwhelming majority of voters to help make Arizona one of the safest states in nation for voting.
Prop 200 had three parts to it.
Proof of citizenship to register to vote: The U.S. Constitution established more than 200 years ago that only citizens may vote. The initiative requires everyone equally to prove eligibility as does the Arizona Constitution. Thanks to Proposition 200, ACORN’s efforts of voter fraud were thwarted here in Arizona.
Photo I.D. When voting: Photo I.D. Is required to cash a check, apply for welfare, sign a lease, or get a rental card at a video store.
Proof of eligibility to receive non-federal mandated public benefits: The initiative would require everyone to provide proof of eligibility equally. The Urban Institute studied this extensively in 1994, the University of Arizona in 2001, and estimated such costs to vary widely in the tens of millions of dollars.
They will stop at nothing to steal our elections and it appears that the friends of Raul Grijalva are doing everything they can to keep Ruth McClung, Janet Contreras and David Schweikert from getting elected. ACORN & SEIU are doing everything they can to find loop holes in our laws to use illegal’s and dead people to vote for their socialist, Anti-American agenda incumbents.

I am going to pursue this matter, the State Legislator has full investigative powers and I will not let this rest. I will be pursuing for a full investigation and if violations are found, I will push for aggressive prosecution with jail time imposed.

Ken Yazel for County Assessor

While I'm supporting Republicans across the board, there are a few cases where the GOP candidate has done such a faithful job in serving the taxpayers and/or represents a significant improvement over his Democratic opponent, that I want to underline and emphasize my endorsement a hundred times over. One such public servant is Ken Yazel. I am proud to endorse Ken Yazel, a true friend to the taxpayer, for re-election as County Assessor.
Yazel has at times been the lone voice at the County Courthouse raising concern about wasteful spending and deceptive budget numbers. He has been one of the few elected officials to speak publicly against tax hike initiatives like the River Tax.
Yazel has also defended taxpayer interests by insisting on fair property assessments for everyone, even the very wealthy. If someone builds a $25 million house, they ought to pay property taxes on the full amount; otherwise, property taxes go up for the rest of us to make up the difference. Because Ken Yazel stands up for all taxpayers, the very wealthy have made him a target. We need to stand up for him.
Ken Yazel has also been a great friend to public access to public records. Public means online, and Ken Yazel added to the county assessor website the ability to search the Tulsa County assessor property database online. You no longer have to go to the library to find out who owns a piece of property or how much it's worth. You no longer have to ask the County Commissioners permission and pay a monthly fee to access this public information. My story on where the named members of Save Our Tulsa live and the median value of their homes would not have been possible without this valuable research tool. Oklahoma County has had this sort of tool for many years, while most Tulsa County officials resisted. Yazel's leadership on this issue alone is enough to earn my heartiest endorsement.
